1. Radiant skin: Walnuts contain many nutrients like omega-3, which nourishes the skin as well as health. Apart from this, it also has antioxidant properties, which removes dirt from the skin and gives you glowing skin.


How to use?

  • Make a fine paste by mixing four walnuts, two teaspoons oats, one teaspoon honey, one teaspoon cream and four drops olive oil together.

  • Apply this paste on your face and leave it to dry.

  • After this, wash the face with lukewarm water.

2. Anti aging: Walnuts are found rich in Vitamin-B, due to which it is beneficial for the skin. At the same time, vitamin-B helps to relieve stress. If a person is tense, then his direct arus starts appearing on his face in the form of wrinkles and aging. In such a situation, when you consume walnuts, the aging and wrinkles begin to remove from the skin.


How to use?

  • Make a paste by mixing one teaspoon walnut powder, one teaspoon olive oil, two spoons rose water and half teaspoon honey.

  • Leave this pack on your face for 15 minutes.

  • Then when dry, wash your mouth with water.

  • For better results, you can apply this facepack two to three times a week.

3. Moisturizer: For those who have dry skin, walnuts are also very beneficial. Since, it is found naturally lubricated, which helps in removing the dryness and nourishing it and keeping it moisturized.

  • For this you do not need to do much, just apply nut oil on your skin every night at night. After this, wake up in the morning and wash your mouth.

4. Dark circle: Consuming walnuts may also be beneficial in removing dark circles under the eyes . Walnut oil removes inflammation under your eyes and helps reduce dark circles.


How to use?

Process number - 1

  • Take a little nut oil.

  • Sleep by applying lukewarm oil to the dark circles under the eyes.

  • Then wash face in the normal way in the morning.

  • You repeat this process every night until the effect starts appearing.

  • Make a paste by mixing lemon juice, honey, oatmeal and walnut powder together.

  • Apply this paste under the eyes and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

  • Then wash with water.
