Shipping Policy

At Prajnaa Farm, we bring the purity of the Himalayas directly to your doorstep. Because we deal with authentic agricultural produce—ranging from dry nuts to fresh seasonal fruits—our shipping procedures are designed to ensure freshness and quality.

1. Serviceability & Coverage

We deliver across India, but availability depends on the product category:

  • Dry Produce (Pan-India Delivery):

    • Products: Nuts (Walnuts, Apricots, Chilgoza), Spices (Turmeric, Garlic Powder), Flours, Herbs, and Seeds.

    • Coverage: We ship these items to all serviceable pin codes across India via our courier partners (India Post).

  • Fresh Seasonal Fruits (Restricted Zone):

    • Products: Fresh Apples, Pears, Kiwi, and other perishable seasonal harvests.

    • Coverage: To prevent spoilage and fruit damage during transit, Fresh Fruits are strictly available for delivery only within Delhi-NCR.

    • Note: Orders placed for fresh fruits with delivery addresses outside Delhi-NCR may be cancelled and refunded.

 

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Small Batch Processing: All our products are handpicked, hand-sorted, and packed in small batches at our farm in Solan to ensure authenticity.

  • Pre-Orders: Many of our seasonal items (like specific apple varieties or fresh harvest grains) are sold on a "Pre-Order" basis.

    • Dispatch Timeline: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order. For Pre-Order items, dispatch will occur as soon as the fresh harvest is ready (Approx. availability indicated on product pages).

  • Business Days: Our warehouse and farm operations typically run from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment Modes: We accept both secure Online Prepayments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Cash on Delivery (Effective Jan 1, 2026):

  • We are pleased to offer COD services for eligible pin codes.

  • Verification: To ensure successful delivery of our agricultural produce, COD orders may be subject to a brief telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch.

  • Right to Refuse: Prajnaa Farm reserves the right to disable COD for certain accounts with a history of refusing delivery (RTO), as refused shipments result in food wastage.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the destination pin code.

  • We strive to keep shipping rates minimal while ensuring secure packaging for fragile agricultural produce.

5. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched from our Solan facility, the estimated delivery times are:

  • North India / Delhi-NCR: 2 – 4 Business Days.

  • Rest of India (Metro Cities): 5 – 7 Business Days.

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7 – 10 Business Days.

  • Note: Timelines may vary due to weather conditions in the hills, road closures, or courier delays beyond our control.

6. Damages & Issues (Refund on Damage Only)

Given the nature of food products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:

  • No Returns on Taste/Preference: We do not accept returns if you simply dislike the taste, as natural agricultural produce varies slightly from batch to batch.

  • Refund on Damage Only: Refunds or replacements are issued only if the product arrives physically damaged or spoiled.

  • Reporting Mechanism:

    1. You must record an Unboxing Video clearly showing the sealed package and the damage.

    2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/Arattai at 76500-65690 or email prajnaafarm@gmail.com.

    3. Upon verification of the proof, we will process a refund within 2-4 days or send a replacement.
